I've eaten here on several occasions and never gotten sick from it. Staff don't bat an eye if you mention having a gluten/wheat allergy, it's clearly a common thing for them. All the fried foods are gluten free. They sometimes have gluten free buns, other times you have to settle for lettuce wrapped if you want a burger. Burgers are good, chicken flashers vary from batch to batch, sometimes they're great, other times they just taste like straight up salt & pepper. Sweet potato fries and tater tots are fantastic! Atmosphere is loud, so if you're sensitive to loud noise like I am, bring earplugs. I keep a pair of Loop noise dulling earplugs with me at all times in my purse for situations like that, but it's something to be aware of.

The burger was just ok. Not much flavor, and the atmosphere is very loud. I did appreciate the GF bun and that all the sauces are also GF.

The Georgetown, TX restaurant had a gluten free bun. They also have a dedicated French fry fryer. My burger was delicious. Their sauces are gluten free too. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Staff was helpful and offered suggestions and seemed to understand the importance. Dedicated fryer for fries and awesome lettuce for a substitute bun! The lettuce was fresh, crisp and firm so didn’t fall apart or turn slimy. Burger had good flavor as well. Would definitely go again!

GF buns available. You can also have your burger on a lettuce wrap. All sides (French fries, sweet potato fries, fried pickles) are GF. All sauces except one are GF. Very tasty food.

Staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with our order. No gluten free buns but lettuce wrap was alternative. Chicken fingers and nuggets are gluten free and fries are prepared gluten free. Will be back!

Great gluten free options. Dedicated fryer. The gf fried pickles and chicken nuggets are amazing.

So many gluten free options. All of the sides are gluten free as well as the chicken nuggets. You can get a lettuce wrap, but the buns for the burgers are not gluten free. I had chicken nuggets, fried pickles, sweet potato fries and regular fries. I only wish things weren't so greasy, but the food was amazing! Plus, their mission on helping disabled people have a job is AMAZING!

Like other reviewers said, all the side me are gluten free, AND the manager is a celiac so there was complete understanding when I asked about cross contamination potential. She assured us that all the fried foods are kept in a completely separate area and the kitchen staff that handles the fried gluten free food stays in that area and away from the bread.

Good fries and pickles... just wish they would have GF buns for their burgers!
Happy to find this place. It’s a burger joint that also offers salads and flash fried chicken. The REAL French fries are also safe. All fried foods are gluten free. Lettuce wrapped burgers are delicious. Order a Big Hat for more meat, the patties are thin. It’s drive thru or sit down. Nice enclosed patio outside overlooking walking trails. Not a fancy place, but a good choice for something quick and cheap. Chicken nuggets are BIG and it’s REAL chicken. All sauces are GF also. We’ve eaten here twice in a week and did not get sick.

This is a great place! All of the sides are gluten free (and tasty!), and the staff are GF knowledgeable and helpful!

Love that all their fried items are gluten free and they do a lettuce wrapped burger. Only place where I can eat fried pickles. Sweet potato fries are delicious and you can add saurkraut or avocado to burgers or rhe breakfast plate. Great service and they carry Austin East Cider.
Yes
I always get their gluten free chicken nuggets and fries. Their sauces are delicious! I have CD and am very sensitive and have never had an issue here!
Tried the chicken tenders and fries twice and while tasty, I've regretted it later. I suspect that because they're "always" gluten-free, there isn't the level of attention to cross-contamination that I need.
No
They are amazing! All their fried foods are GF so there is no chance of contamination. Even the fried pickles are GF!
Awesome GF Chicken nuggets and fires I can eat (dedicated fryer)

I love hat creek restaurants, they are the safest fast food option for celiac disease. All sides are gluten free!

After researching the gluten free menu online, I asked for a copy of it at the restaurant. All workers except the manager were clueless. Didn't know what gluten free was. Bad start. I asked for the burger without the bun and the sauce (the bottle of sauce did not indicate it was gluten free). I asked what was prepared in the fryer besides the fries, worried that the chicken nuggets would cause cross contamination. The manager said that everything in the fryer was gluten free. I made it through lunch without getting sick and the food was tastey. Would I go back? Nope. Train your staff please!!!!

So nice to find gluten free chicken nuggets and fried pickles! The gluten-free hamburger buns are also great, but sometimes my favorite is the paleo bowl with hamburger patty, spinach, avocado, and cheese,
