I have eaten here many times and noticed this location doesn’t change gloves if I ask. They say everything is separate but every time I get the burger with a GF bun I get sick. GF chicken seems to be a safer option.

Gluten free nuggets, fries, hamburgers (including bun) among other things all clearly labeled on the menu. I was told buns are grilled separately and everything fried is GF so no cross contamination. Young man who took our order was friendly. It was so hot in the restaurant I was worried for the staff. We took our order and ate in the car.

Wow all the fried sides are gluten free. The tots are so good and the fries has a nice hint of garlic taste. Their burgers are well seasoned and the staff is so friendly. It was my first time there and I loved that they took their time and explained what is gluten free to me. I wish they were in oklahoma cause I'd be a repeating customer. All the more reason for me to visit Dallas more often.

For persons with multiple food sensitivities: While the fried pickles are coated in a GF mix, they are marinated in Buttermilk (dairy). All the fryer oil is soybean oil.

My absolute favorite for burgers. Great GF bun and ALL of the sides are GF- yes that means French fries, tater tots and even fried pickles. Oh and don’t forget their chicken nuggets- best ones I’ve tried even though they are GF!

This is my new favorite place!! Just wish they had them in Denver!!! They don’t fry ANYTHING with gluten and they offer both sweet potato fries and regular fries, chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches, even fried pickles!! All GF! I’m his place is awesome!

Visited for the 1st time and best burger with gf bun I have had. Sweet tater fries are delicious. I even tried a 3 piece chicken nugget and it was good. Thank you Hat Creek! I Will return!

I don’t usually like to write reviews but have found them to be helpful so I want to help others out to. I have an anaphylactic allergy to gluten. Hat creek understands GF and take it seriously. I have eaten here a few times and haven’t had any issues. Would definitely recommend. The only food I would not recommend from here and it’s not because of gluten issues is the fried pickles because they are extremely salty.

I love hat creek!! gluten free fried chicken!!!! and the fries are gluten free because nothing that is fried has gluten in it. the gluten free bun was awesome and not at all dry. been here several times and have never gotten sick (celiac). they even call back to the kitchen when you order gluten free and it’s in a different wrapping when they bring it out
