Great place for Celiacs. They take care to prevent food contamination. Food is very good too! My wife is celiac, has eaten there many times and has never gotten sick.

One of my favorite burger places in Katy. I love being able to eat here and have no worries at all! The gluten free menu is HUGE. 10/10 recommend to everyone. Also they have a really nice playground for the kids so a big plus.

Everything fried is gluten free and their sauces are gf. I got the chicken nuggets, fried pickles, tatortors, and fries and didn’t get sick. It was really cool going to a fast food place and not having to worry.

Tasty and reliably gluten free—the only gluten-containing items on site are buns and flour tortillas (both of which have gluten free alternatives). This means fried chicken, tater tots, even fried pickles all gluten free!

Kid friendly with a playground and patio! Food was delicious, staff friendly and helpful and very clean. The chicken flashers were fresh and juicy!

I had the fried chicken, fried pickles and fries.Yes all of which is gluten free and dedicated fryer. One of the sauces is gluten free( see website to check). My 2 year old loved playing at the playground. I’ll be going back to try the burger. All around good experience. Food and experience was great.

Love it! All apps are gf and chicken nuggets are as well! They have gf buns for the burgers. I got nuggets and fried pickles. All very good! Will come back next time we are in town.

Hat Creek is a quick and easy place to go on my lunch break! Especially since there are no other gluten free options in Lakeway. I go at least once a week and tell them I have a wheat allergy and I have never been glutened! Love it there!

Hat creek is amazing. I can safely eat here with no issues. Everything fried is in gluten free oils. No cross contamination! If you say celiac they tell everyone preparing the meals. The best thing is all the sauces are GF!

Great selection of gluten free options. Best burgers around made with Nolan Ryan beef. The fried pickles are amazing too and there is something for everyone, whether you have celiac or not!
