Restaurant was more fast food than I would have expected. It did however have the best selection of gluten free sides of any quick service location we have traveled too. Everything was labeled well and all the sides were gluten-free. We had the fried pickles and my wife's burger was packaged separately. Only reason not to have 5 stars was my wife said the bun was not the best.
Follow-up. My wife had no reaction from this establishment.

I always knew they had gluten free buns, but today I finally read there chicken nuggets and side menu and everything that is fried is all good free!
First time trying fried pickles! Super kid friendly with indoor and outdoor seating outdoors is shaded and has fans so even though it’s 90+degrees I’m not sweating!
Clean place structure outside to entertain the kiddos and even had a drive through!!

Awesome! Manager is very knowledgeable on celiacs. great go to for quick and easy, eaten here plenty of times whilst visiting and never had an issue. It’s a go to for sure, highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable about celiac disease. I’ve eaten there twice now with no issues. This is the first restaurant I have trusted/eaten at that is not dedicated since I was diagnosed.
My stomach always feels off when I eat the nuggets and fries from here. (4 times now) I’m not sure why, but I don’t feel right for days afterwards. Could just be the salt since no one else seems to have a problem with this place…. Not sure??
Extremely knowledgeable about gluten free. Dedicated fryer and all the items on the menu are labeled. The fried chicken sandwich was delicious. I would come here, again.

Great place for Celiacs. They take care to prevent food contamination. Food is very good too! My wife is celiac, has eaten there many times and has never gotten sick.
This was the best fried chicken sandwich I have had that was GF. All their sides are GF as well. I had the fried pickles and they were delicious as well.
One of my favorite burger places in Katy. I love being able to eat here and have no worries at all! The gluten free menu is HUGE. 10/10 recommend to everyone. Also they have a really nice playground for the kids so a big plus.

Everything fried is gluten free and their sauces are gf. I got the chicken nuggets, fried pickles, tatortors, and fries and didn’t get sick. It was really cool going to a fast food place and not having to worry.
Tasty and reliably gluten free—the only gluten-containing items on site are buns and flour tortillas (both of which have gluten free alternatives). This means fried chicken, tater tots, even fried pickles all gluten free!
Cute little place with a playground for kiddos! Chicken flashers are super yummy and fries are delicious. Great options for gf “fast food”

The GM is amazing and her daughter has Celiac so she makes sure the food comes out safe.
I had the fried chicken, fried pickles and fries.Yes all of which is gluten free and dedicated fryer. One of the sauces is gluten free( see website to check). My 2 year old loved playing at the playground. I’ll be going back to try the burger. All around good experience. Food and experience was great.

Asked the server to prepare all our food gluten free due to celiac. I asked about the fryer and was told the fries were fine. That evening my daughter had a gluten reaction and was left throwing up and with stomach pains. We will avoid this Hat Creek location.
Awesome option for a burger (the gf bun is great) and fries. I haven’t tried all the other gf options here.
Great option for a quick dinner. Menu was clearly marked and I did not get sick. I got a paleo burger bowl. Would come back

Excellent food, fun place for kids and to watch kids having fun! Cindy took our order and she was very nice!! Hat Creek is one of our favorite places, never have any issues!
