While in Seattle we had to stop at Hatch Cantina. The atmosphere and drinks were perfect, the owner was very friendly and accommodating to my gluten free needs. We had the GF chips and cheso and the GF carnitas tacos, they were off the charts. Thanks to all previous reviewers without you, we would have never stopped!!
