Review of Hatch Taqueria And Tequilas

Great food and staff was friendly. However, our waiter initially told us that they have a dedicated fryer. A more seasoned waiter corrected him to say they do not. They did have gluten-free chips sealed and were able to heat them in the oven as opposed to the fryer and because they weren’t busy the cook was willing to heat the tortillas for my tacos in a different skillet. They do not have a designated space for preparing gluten-free food. We just got lucky that they weren’t busy and could accommodate.
