Review of Hatch Taqueria And Tequilas

They have a gluten free marked menu, which includes GF blue corn pancakes at breakfast. However, I asked about other breakfast items marked gluten free and was told that although they use corn tortillas, they are cooked on the same griddle as the flour tortillas. I have my doubts about the GF marking if you are sensitive to cross-contamination and/or celiac.
