This is hands down one of the best sushi restaurants I’ve ever been to. I am gluten / egg/ dairy intolerant. The servers are well informed and can modify most of the items on the menu. There is such a a great selection. I recommend the crab / salmon hand rolls and the Gindara , Amber sushi, chutoro. I would highly stress to the server and chef to change their gloves since they do work with a group of 4 people each time. If you do not stress this then there is a high chance of cross contamination with gluten / soy sauce /ponzu ect. They do have gluten free soy sauce to dip with though! Nice establishment

Writing on behalf of my mom with celiac: the staff was extremely knowledgeable about gluten, and with their help, she was able to enjoy her first sushi dinner in years without gluten contamination. They were prepared with gluten free soy sauce and recommendations for which sauces to avoid!
