This is hands down one of the best sushi restaurants I’ve ever been to. I am gluten / egg/ dairy intolerant. The servers are well informed and can modify most of the items on the menu. There is such a a great selection. I recommend the crab / salmon hand rolls and the Gindara , Amber sushi, chutoro. I would highly stress to the server and chef to change their gloves since they do work with a group of 4 people each time. If you do not stress this then there is a high chance of cross contamination with gluten / soy sauce /ponzu ect. They do have gluten free soy sauce to dip with though! Nice establishment
