The dry noodle bowl says it can be gluten free but that’s not true. When I asked what is in the sauce for the bowl, I was told GF Soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Hoisin sauce. I asked to see the bottle for Hoisin sauce since Hoisin sauce usually has wheat in it. as I suspected the Hoisin sauce they use has wheat listed as one of the ingredients. I confronted them about this and explained to them that many sauces have gluten in them and they should ensure the dish is completely gluten free before listing it on the menus as GF. I also explained that for people like me with celiac disease it makes us super sick.

I am concerned that they do understand what gluten is and may list other items as GF that aren’t GF.

This is the 3rd time I've eaten here and have never been sick. Gf items are clearly marked on the menu. I usually order the rice paper rolls shrimp and chicken are my favorite. The Mi Kho is also very good! I would definitely recommend if you want good tasting GF options.

Was excited to try, but disappointed when I got sick after eating! I have celiac so may be fine for someone sensitive or trying to avoid gluten. The spring rolls tasted great btw!

Old Pho Me location is under new ownership as Hello Me Vietnamese restaurant. Excellent with allergies. GF items marked on menu and was told they can make all but a couple of items GF. Order electronically at table by phone or at counter. Reasonably priced for large portions. Great quality. 3rd visit here and will be back!

This place is great and good is delicious. The owner was very knowledgeable about gluten free and nutrition in general. She recommended the crispy (yes, I said crispy) vegan spring rolls and the vegan Pho. It was delicious! And I had no reactions.
