The dry noodle bowl says it can be gluten free but that’s not true. When I asked what is in the sauce for the bowl, I was told GF Soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Hoisin sauce. I asked to see the bottle for Hoisin sauce since Hoisin sauce usually has wheat in it. as I suspected the Hoisin sauce they use has wheat listed as one of the ingredients. I confronted them about this and explained to them that many sauces have gluten in them and they should ensure the dish is completely gluten free before listing it on the menus as GF. I also explained that for people like me with celiac disease it makes us super sick.
I am concerned that they do understand what gluten is and may list other items as GF that aren’t GF.
