Amazing find during my coast-to-coast roadtrip! The entire menu can be made gluten free. Plus they have a dedicated fryer. The fish and chips (sweet potatoes fries) were a treat! Would highly recommend.

I love Henry T's!!! The staff are so patient and all of my gluten free food comes out with a little flag on it! Sometimes my gluten-eating friends are even jealous lol. Would definitely recommend their gluten free chicken tenders

Henry Ts is my go to restaurant in Topeka to eat out at! They have a dedicated fryer and GF breading. I always get chicken strips and French fries. The pepper jack queso is also gluten free and delicious. They also mark your food with a gluten free flag when it comes out as well.

They have a dedicated fryer, they offer most items with g/f options. The service was great, and the food was really good, especially their wings.

Had a great experience here. I am very sensitive to gluten exposure, and had no trouble at all at this restaurant. I had french fries and chicken fingers, which are so hard to come by for celiac’s! Everything was so delicious and came out labeled gluten free so everyone knows to be extra cautious with it.

Lots of GF options. Enjoyed blacken fish tacos and vinegar slaw. I have Celiac Disease, didn’t even have any gas from my meal. Knowable wait staff, I return and eat here again.

Waitress, Krysta was amazing!! She seemed to know about gluten free! There are so many options. My gluten free teen was so happy to have a hamburger with a real bun and safe to eat fries because they have a dedicated fryer for gluten free food!!

I have eaten here many times over the past few years. The food used to be amazing. The chicken bites were wonderfully crunchy (plenty of coating) with the chicken being nice and moist. Now there is very little coating, if any at all, and they are incredibly dry. They used to pay attention to the gluten free buns (warm and lightly butter toasted) but now they are cold and dry. They service is great as always but the food has definitely gone downhill.

Happy Celiac’s Disease awareness month!
“An immune reaction to eating gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye.
Over time, the immune reaction to eating gluten creates inflammation that damages the small intestine's lining, leading to medical complications. It also prevents absorption of some nutrients (malabsorption).” -Mayo Clinic
Anyone who lives or visits Topeka with celiacs or gluten sensitivity must be informed about the beautiful selections at Henry T's Topeka. I was blown away when Hire and Krysta told me all the options. They have GF buns and breads for all the sandwiches and burgers. They have GF breading. I REPEAT THEY HAVE GF BREADING. This means chicken strips and nuggets, chicken fried chicken, fried fish, fried wings! They obviously have GF fryers (which is a huge deal, cross contamination sucks). GF pizza, and waffles for chicken and waffles and waffle sundaes. I am forced to cook 99.9% of my meals at home because most people don’t know what gluten is so eating out is always a gamble. A bar with this much selection and this much awareness made me so happy and I will be eating there every single time I am in Topeka.
The fried chicken sandwich WAS AMAZING

They may have a dedicated fryer, but beware the side salad. Even when the server affirms "no croutons," they can be found at the bottom of the bowl. I won't return.

Waiter was knowledgeable. I did not get sick, tho I was worried from other reviews. The fries are delicious and props for some fresh green beans. My blackened fish was just ok. Others in my group said their food was just ok.
If you have Celiac I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. I have got sick from this place twice. I won’t go back again. (Found croutons in the bottom of my GF salad)

It's okay for a sports bar. Typical gluten free items and not many options.
Great place, very friendly service and the gluten free menu is fabulous.

Found this while traveling, I got black bean nachos. It was amazing! Molten pepper jack cheese and jalapeños! Plus our server was amazing and friendly! Food came out with a sticker indicating gluten free food and I'm a very sensitive celiac and I had no reactions! THANK YOU Henry T's!!

Traveling and found this place through this app. The GF options were extensive. I created my own pizza and it was one of the best crusts I've had. It also has a GF toothpick flag in the food marking it GF. It's very comforting to know that the correct thing was communicated to the cooks. Wish there was a location closer to home.

I cannot speak for myself, but I can speak for my daughter who is celiac. We have been eating at Henry T's for several years now and never had an issue. For those who have gotten sick in the past I urge you to give it another go. The owners family is gluten free as well as some of the staff. As far as I can tell they have taken every precaution necessary to make sure it is a safe place to eat. For those who have not been to Henry T's check it out, and I challenge you to find a bigger gf menu anywhere.

Hi, Michelle and Ashley. I'm Danny Burnison from Henry T's. I am so sorry you we're sick from eating our Henry T's gluten free items. I have retrained every single cook in our procedures concerning gluten cross contamination. We take this very seriously. I realize it won't necessarily change your opinion but I want to assure you that we have taken this very seriously and I feel confident we have fixed our gluten cross contamination issue. Again, I apologize.

unfortunately my great review I gave previously is now changing. Staff must have changed or something because I got very sick the last two times I ate here. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone who has celiac. I will not be eating here anymore.
ugh ....well unfortunately this has taken a turn for the worst for me. I actually ate here for about a year with little to no issues, usually stuck with cheeseburgers, chicken bites or strips, tried the Philly gluten free on all of course. however for some reason recently I have gotten sick the last three or four times eating there. it used to be a go to place for me, I thought finally I can eat out somewhere and not have to starve until going home, well it looks like no more. and i dont mean like just a little stomach ache, i mean full blown celiac sick. someone is being careless in the kitchen, someone is dropping the ball, which is so unfortunate.... I won't be going here anymore, which sucks but feeling like shit and being bed or bathroom ridden for days sucks more. 😒😕
This is our second time out to a restaurant since being diagnosed with celiac a few months ago. Even though, we ordered gluten free, we both got incredibly sick. Sadly, we can not trust to eat here again.
I have celiac and have never had any problems with this restaurant in fact its my favorite place to eat. the wings are great and I always have the gf nachos supreme they are awesome.
Stopped here on our cross country trip. Great selection of gluten-free items from sandwiches, pizza, and burgers along with several other entrees and a clear understanding of diet needs. Service was great. Fast, friendly and even helped point out their GF bun supplier (because they were much better than usual store bought brands). I don't know why my hubby didn't give it 5 stars- other than the fact it wasn't a mind blowing restaurant experience. But for the price and variety - they have got GF down just right.
