The fries are cross contaminated but the staff are well trained, and change their gloves before preparing your GF burger separately. They even have a separate toaster for buns! They have a clear GF menu that is prominently featured at most locations. I was impressed to find a GF veggie burger too!

There was a sign listing GF items and burger condiments. Staff explained how they cook burgers on a dedicated part so no cross contamination with breads. It was expensive with extra charge for GF bun but I was happy to have it again.

Knowledgeable. Told me right away fries not safe as it was a shared fryer. Has separate toaster for GF buns. Feel confident in their safety protocols!

Unprofessional staff, out of gluten buns, no service in french in the biggest city in Quebec... would not feel safe at all to eat here as celiac sufferer.
