Got glutened last night at Hero. Unfortunate because the burger options and the taste was great. Maybe the fault is on me for not being more clear that I needed it to be made separately and asking questions about all the components, but I assumed they would understand when I said I needed it to be 'gluten free'. Too bad but now I won't be going back.
Not an impressive gf burger. Bun was crumbly (almost stale), and staff was untrained on cross-contamination. There are much better gf burger options available nearby.
Most Delicious fast food burger I've ever had
Clearly list their GF menu items and toppings. Fries aren't GF. Gourmet burgers with a wide selection of toppings and cheeses. Staff more knowledgeable in some locations than others.
staff sometimes dont change gloves but overall great and consistent
There was a sign listing GF items and burger condiments. Staff explained how they cook burgers on a dedicated part so no cross contamination with breads. It was expensive with extra charge for GF bun but I was happy to have it again.

The burgers were really good with buns that did not fall apart. Highly recommend for a great, gf burger.

Knowledgeable. Told me right away fries not safe as it was a shared fryer. Has separate toaster for GF buns. Feel confident in their safety protocols!
— Separate gluten-free menu
Tones of options, very clearly marked and staff are knowledgeable.

Unprofessional staff, out of gluten buns, no service in french in the biggest city in Quebec... would not feel safe at all to eat here as celiac sufferer.
