I got glutened after eating 2 brats and chips at Hessen Haus.
I've had salads without issue, but haven't ventured into the meat dishes. I go in for drink's occasionally and noticed they now carry the Green's gluten-free beer.
I spoke with the manager to ensure everything would be safe, but there was clearly contamination, based upon how I felt afterwards. I would avoid this place if you're celiac.
My waitress checked the kitchen to make sure they cooked my sausages in tin foil to avoid contamination. I had the "best of the wurst" platter and it was great.
