Review of Hickory Park

Excellent, excellent experience. Large gluten free menu. The sever immediately understood celiacs disease and explained what the kitchen does. I received an unsolicited visit by the manager. Fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer and they are equipped to serve ice cream. Try the sauce southerner on an udi's bun. Kudos to Hickory Park for doing gluten free so well!! Update: I've been here many times since my original review. Great experiences each and every time.
