Gluten free crust will never taste as good as “real” pizza. They do know to cook it longer to make it crispy. I love their salads and salad dressings. The mushroom caps are great and safe. Celiac, and have eaten there MANY times with no issues or reaction.

Probable one of the most expensive GF crusts I've ever had and the worst!!
They charge extra for the gluten-free crust and it's not a very good crust. If you're in the area the gluten-free crust at Cafe 7 or BJs Brewhouse is much better.
I very rarely eat out. When I arrived here, I asked what the process was to ensure cross contamination was avoided. They were great about explaining and also offered to get the manager. Madison, the manager, was so incredibly knowledgeable in knowing the important relevant information. He even offered to make my pizza himself so it could be worry free. It totally made our experience and I am so grateful!
For additional helpful knowledge I wanted to share that they have a separate red sauce and mozzarella cheese and cutting area to go along with their gf crust and cauliflower crust. Additional toppings will be retrieved from the regular toppings area. So without Madison making my pizza, I would order only a cheese pizza.

The menu offers gluten-free crust or gluten-free Cauliflower crust. We ordered the cauliflower crust and it was amazing. When I opened the box it looked like it was going to be another sad, dry, impossible to chew GF crust. The first bite I was amazed at how good it was. We even ordered a pizza with no sauce and the crust was still delicious. We did not ask about cross contamination since there weren't many options, but we did not get sick even after eating here 3 days in a row.

The gluten free pizza was awesome, so was the salad, and our waiter, Cory was fantastic! We will definitely be back!!

I visited here and spoke with a manager. When you request gluten free they change gloves, use separate fresh toppings and sauce, and use different cooking and cutting equipment. It's been long enough for me to react and I haven't. It was definitely nice to get a pizza with tons of toppings (including Alfredo sauce). The crust was similar to Jos Pizza and definitely a thin crust.

We ate there last night, and it was delicious! My son and I are both Celiac’s. Neither of us got sick. Pizza is very good - possibly the best GF pizza in the city.
