Called ahead to ask about cross contamination and spoke with the manager who made me feel very confident and said they use different knives, clean prep areas etc. they prep for other allergens even shellfish so I felt good about eating here. Food was fresh, presentation and service were good. Not a ton of gf options but enough variety and got a few rolls to share. Overall was very satisfying but not the best sushi I’ve ever had
