Review of Hiroba Sushi

There’s a large menu but only a few rolls and menu items are in a section for gluten free. Other rolls are available to try gluten free, which I guess means certain sauces could be modified. Tamari soy sauce is also available. We also get the fresh wasabi which is $2 extra. It’s very good fusion sushi, and we also enjoy the black rice in some of the rolls. This is NOT an All You Can Eat place, so the rolls are made with better care and better presentation.
