Wait staff were friendly and helpful in that wonderfully southern kind of way where you're never quite sure if they have heard everything you said. The chef, however, made a big effort to ensure that his workspace and utensils were clean after being informed of my allergy. The food was delicious, I had sashimi and they had gluten-free soy sauce. I will update if I have any reaction, so far so good… It's in the food court between the concourses.
Had gf soy sauce. I had sashimi and veggies, was good.
They seemed on the ball and the rolls I ordered without things that would normally be a "no no" at any sushi place. Just as for help.
girl didn't even know rice was usually gf, then she said everything was gf. Wheat listed on ingredients. No thanks.
Helpful server. Regular sushi is safe (avoid sauced eel as usual). GF soy sauce packets available. Certainly not the best sushi I have had but pretty good and best option in the airport.
No gluten free menu, but server was very helpful and knowledgeable on what I could order. Also had Omission beer.

All of their items say it's cross contaminated with wheat. I tried to ask the woman preparing the food, but there's a language barrier and she wasn't understanding what I was asking, I would not eat here.
I have eaten here several times with no issues for non-specialty rolls. Rice is not made with barley malt vinegar it's rice vinegar. Gluten free friendly but no gf soy sauce.
Not gf friendly. Their rice is made with a vinegar with barley malt in it. Sad. I was very excited.
Location: D Concourse. Good options: edamame, seaweed salad. They also have gluten-free soy sauce. Cons: some of the pre-packaged items have wheat listed in the ingredients, so I had a spicy tuna roll. It was good. Will write a follow up review if I get glutened!
Fantastic! We ate there twice, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. On the first day, one of the chefs stood at our elbow as we picked premade sushi out of the refrigerated case, pointing out what was and was not safe. The second day, they made GF sushi fresh for us. Fantastic sushi, and a great value!
