Absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough good things. The food is delicious and over 90% of the hoagies can be made celiac friendly. The owner was so personable and funny and had extensive knowledge about celiac and gluten free. He also tries to frequently have a celiac friendly “special” at least 2 times a month. This will for sure be a weekly place for us. Dedicated fryer and gluten free hoagie bun with a dedicated prep area (cutting boards etc).
