Review of Hobson's Fish & Chips

From a purely GF standpoint this place is great. They have a dedicated fryer and several GF options in addition to fish & chips, like onion rings & dessert. I love eating at places that take GF seriously, however I didn't love their batter which was rice-heavy and so didn't have a lot of flavor & felt a little brittle. I would recommend it if you're in the UK and needing a fish & chips fix. The chips were fried on the softer side, which is the proper way in the UK. Fish was pretty good (I liked that you could choose the type of fish you wanted), I think my biggest issue was with the onion rings which I really wouldn't recommend.
