We enjoyed an amazing gluten-free breakfast. Chef Joanna prepared a full breakfast and her knowledge of celiac and cross-contamination made us feel super safe. They had full selection of delicious gluten free pastries. We left full and very content. Thank you Hodson Bay Hotel for a delicious meal!
