Review of Holy Smoke Texas Style BBQ

Everything started out good, I explained I couldn't eat gluten, the woman taking the order responded that she couldn't either. She helped me pick my meal and I went and sat down. When it came out it had a big old piece of Texas toast in the tray. In a panic I raced back to the kitchen. The same woman who took my order proceeded to pluck the bread off the tray and hand it back to me. I explained that I needed a new piece of meat and tray and everything because there were still bread crumbs all over and I was really sensitive. She took it in the back and yelled about how it was supposed to be gluten free and she needed a new piece of chicken. I'm pretty sure that they just pulled the chicken and side and pickle and put them on a fresh tray.
