Local Texas-style barbecue restaurant. While its menu is not tuned towards gluten-free, much-to-most of what they make is gluten-free just due to the nature of BBQ. Just make sure not to order toast, or the macaroni, or a sandwich, and you should be good.
They take precautions if you mention, even in online orders. I've come in after doing an online delivery and heard them being very explicit and careful about keeping the order separate and ensuring safe preparation. Also: Food is great.

Before going to eat at Holy Smokin Butts, I had emailed to ask my usual questions. Via email, I was told that the only things that contained gluten was the Mac and cheese and bread, the fries are hand cut daily and the only thing fried in their fryers, and to make sure to tell my server about my “allergy” so proper precautions could be taken. The experience at the restaurant was equally as impressive. Our server, Danielle, was amazing. She is also gluten free and was also able to tell me that the person who handles the beans also handles the bread, so proceed with caution. The overall experience was great, the food was great, and I will definitely be going back.
