Review of Honest Biscuits

Really great biscuit sandwiches on gluten-free biscuits. They use local cheese and sausage, too. I had the crab melt, which I would 100% eat again. They even have gluten-free biscuits and gravy. Sadly it’s also vegan, so it’s lentils instead of sausage (which I can’t eat). But I’d say a large percentage of their menu is gf (eggs, meats, veggies, cheeses).
