I wonder if the GF safety here depends on who is working that day. I recommend asking the person who takes your order to verify how much they care/know about celiac.

The server told me today that they make the GF biscuits as the first batch every morning to limit cross contamination. He says they change their gloves and have a separate knife and pans for the GF orders.
