Review of Hoong's Palace

Chinese food and plenty of choice on the menu (for regular diets). It tastes very good and the restaurant is nice. They do NOT have a GF menu but the staff appears very knowledgeable about it. I can never figure out if Chinese restaurants understand the concept, but this one definitely does. "Everything" can be made GF, except anything deep fried and "brown sauce" is discouraged (has soy sauce in it and the waitress says it is better to avoid so no mistake is made). I recommend it. Have been there a couple of times and they were consistently good and consistently GF.
