The staff is very knowledgable. If you say you have an allergy, they double check their allergen guide for ingredients that need to be removed or substituted, and also put a red tag on your order that screams allergy (and lists the allergy). They clean everything down and change everything out, though there is no dedicated space. They do have a dedicated fryer for their fries though, which is so awesome!! They have a GF bun made in house, though I don’t know how things are cleaned or maintained in the bakery when they are made; I always stick to lettuce wrapped burgers. Have eaten here multiple times and only had good experiences.
