I had done my homework and reviewed the 24-page nutrition and allergen guide on the restaurant's website. When I showed up at the restaurant, I asked the cashier for advice on gluten-free options. She was extremely well versed in the menu and knew off-hand all of the information that I had found on the website. We created a perfect meal, and I felt great afterwards.
