Review of Hugo's

Hugo’s was a great place regarding their food and their gluten free options. At first, I wasn’t sure that they were knowledgeable because some things on the menu like rye bread were labeled as gluten free. It turns out that instead of rye bread, they had a gluten free substitute. Their menu is labeled clearly with things that are gluten free and can be made gluten free. Most of the items on the menu were already gluten free. They have a separate fryer, and many of the things they fry are breaded gluten free. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten and celiac and made me feel very comfortable eating. I got the tikka masala chicken, and it was delicious. I even tried some of my family members’ food because it was already gluten free and the waiter told me it was safe to eat it. Loved this place and definitely coming back.
