If you ask them, they will provide you with fresh Pad Thai noodles. they also give you a special colored bowl, to indicate an allergy. sauces are marked if they are GF or not. when you take bowl to cooks, tell them it's an allergy and they will clean (thoroughly) a spot for you and use clean utensils and plates. communication is key! Also, if you tell your server you have celiac disease, they will pre warn the cooks.
