As I was seated, asked for a manager. She told me that once the server entered my order in the computer, he would go tell her I had ordered and she would go talk to the chef. Then I got a GF menu and was informed that the fries are made in a shared fryer so I should avoid. I ordered a burger. Manager informed me that it would be cooked in separate pan (not on grill with other stuff). The manager brought out my food and again ensured that it was made with all precautions taken. I didn’t get sick and I’m very sensitive. Would definitely go back.
Gluten free menu which states which items on their original menu are GF or can be modified. Gluten free buns for sandwiches. Most options were salads or sushi with a few sandwich option and entrees (salmon, filet, pork chops). Side options limited mostly to vegetables and salads.
Ate breakfast here. Cook was very accommodating. After we explained the need for avoiding cross contamination, he offered to clean the grill and use a separate pan for the omelet. Gf toast was very good.
