Staff is very knowledgable about celiac and takes precautionary steps to avoid contamination, their normal cheese has gluten so I had their vegan cheese with GF pasta, really good!

The manager was very knowledgeable about cross contamination issues with gluten. She instructed her new employee and watched as he prepared the GF food. They use new bowls, spatulas and even got new butter from the back for the GF grilled cheese. Every sandwich goes through the toaster on a new piece of parchment paper to avoid cross contamination.
