Review of I Heart Mac & Cheese

The manager was very knowledgeable about cross contamination issues with gluten. She instructed her new employee and watched as he prepared the GF food. They use new bowls, spatulas and even got new butter from the back for the GF grilled cheese. Every sandwich goes through the toaster on a new piece of parchment paper to avoid cross contamination.
