I was likely glutened.
I asked several times for tamari and was assured I was getting gluten free soy sauce. I was also assured that the miso soup was gluten free. I got the chirashi.
It was reasonable tasting - a bit pricy for the quality. I was concerned when I noticed the rice I was given had furikake on it, as that is not gluten free.
I did not eat the pieces on the rice with furikake, I did not eat the miso, no longer trusting thr facility. I simply ate the sashimi.
Unfortunately, after 4 hours, I had intestinal pain, which is my usual gluten symptom. I am not sure if it was cross contact or simply non gluten free soy sauce.
