I came here because a friend wanted to, and I wasn't going to eat anything. But I asked about the edamame and they said they could boil it separately for me with an allergy. They also said a lot of the other food could be accomodated for gluten-free. I did not get sick from eating the edamame here.

I gave this place numerous tries... I always make sure to make it perfectly clear my partner and I are gluten free since I have Celiac disease but my partner just has a sensitivity. My partner was given the tortillas twice saying they were gluten free only to find out the third time they weren’t at all and they were flour tortillas. On the next visit we ordered edamame and I made sure to tell the waitress the table was gluten free... we began eating our pods when the manager approached us to take the dish away because they were boiled in the same water as the wheat noodles. This is when my partner overheard one of the cooks say “why did you even say anything?” to their coworker... this person then explained its importance because their sister has Celiac. I’m pretty disappointed, the places I can eat at safely and with peace of mind have severely dwindled and losing this spot really hurt. But I’ve been sick for the past week and I simply cannot go through this again.

Not many options that can be made gluten free and still be worth the cost besides the ramen. You lose a lot of the dish.

It’s not GF. Why do they cook their edamame in their ramen noodle water? They just don’t care.

Went here with my fiancé for the first time and it was such a fantastic experience! Alyssa, our server, brought out the frozen shrimp and gluten free soy sauce so I could make sure it was okay to eat. I had a shrimp sushi roll and tuna w/ avocado sushi roll, they were delicious! My fiancé got the tacos and his only complaint was there wasn’t more, lol. They take allergies and celiacs very seriously. Even on busy nights they are extremely careful with your food. Will definitely be back!

Went here last night for the first time and I was sooo happy, our server was very knowledgeable about gluten free items, and unlike most places that promise gluten free, but actually don’t deliver, (cross contamination) this place really delivers, AND the food is super delicious. This may be my new favorite spot!!

Brian and Yarin were so helpful and offered to change gloves and replace the working surface (cutting board) before I even requested. GF soy sauce without needing to request. They seem attentive and aware. Not to mention this is the most delicious sushi I've ever had! If you are REALLY sensitive, you may have very minor contamination issues (prior to changing gloves they did so a bit of cross-contaminating). I tend to be highly sensitive and didn't have any problems. UPDATE: have been here about 10 times and have never had a reaction. All of the servers were educated. Never had a reaction.
