I always make sure to make it perfectly clear my partner and I are gluten free since I have Celiac disease but my partner just has a sensitivity. My partner was given the tortillas twice saying they were gluten free only to find out the third time they weren’t at all and they were flour tortillas. On the next visit we ordered edamame and I made sure to tell the waitress the table was gluten free... we began eating our pods when the manager approached us to take the dish away because they were boiled in the same water as the wheat noodles. This is when my partner overheard one of the cooks say “why did you even say anything?” to their coworker... this person then explained its importance because their sister has Celiac. I’m pretty disappointed, the places I can eat at safely and with peace of mind have severely dwindled and losing this spot really hurt. But I’ve been sick for the past week and I simply cannot go through this again.
Not many options that can be made gluten free and still be worth the cost besides the ramen. You lose a lot of the dish.
