We brought our own GF tortillas as our daughter is corn sensitive also. Supervisor? took over for cashier & clarified what we needed - very plain, no spices or onions or peppers chicken taco w/ only cheese on our GF tortillas. He had the cook make a fresh chicken for our 2 chicken tacos. I can't speak to the kitchen or grill as relates to cross contamination. We are fortunate to only have a gluten sensitivity. These folks bent over backwards to make what we needed!
A lot of tacos with GF corn shells. Knowledgeable staff who runs it that will tell you the ingredients and what is cooked where. It’s a bummer that you can’t eat the chips. They are cooked in the same fryer as the chimichangas. They confirmed that the meat is fresh grilled and not marinated in any gluten containing ingredients.
