Delicious pancakes, I am highly sensitive and did not get sick whatsoever. I would just be sure to chat with the manager to confirm that your order will be made with no cross contamination. That’s what I did and everything came out great!

I got very, very sick and spent the first day of vacation throwing up and diarrhea. The level of my reaction indicates the food I ate was not gluten free (not just cross contamination)
I ordered Belgian Waffle Platter (waffle, bacon, 2 eggs over easy) from the gluten free menu. I asked server if the gluten free food was cooked on a clean service, with different utensils and gloves. She said that oh yes the gluten free food is cooked separately and the manager was cooking it today. When my food arrived it looked amazing. I asked again if it was gluten free and the server said it was. The big fluffy waffle was delicious. Too delicious. I began throwing up, etc 2 hours later. So sick all afternoon and evening.
I don’t know what happened. I’m calling the manager tomorrow. I don’t know what I could have done more to prevent this reaction - except never eat here again!

IHOP has recently started serving gluten-free pancakes, waffles, and burgers with gluten-free buns.
I got contaminated badly there. I explained to the waitress and other employees that o had celiac and I still got badly sick. Don't eat there!

I wasn't hungry when my husband wanted to go to breakfast, so I was game for IHOP as I was just going to get a drink, but then I saw the golden words "Gluten Sensitive Pancakes"!!! For $6.99 I got a stack of 2 delicious pancakes and chose the blueberry syrup. We got there just as they opened so I had no worries about cross-contact, crossed my fingers and prayed to the GF God's! The lady was so sweet, I wish I caught her name!

I have eaten here four times and have not been glutened. They offer a selection of GF sides (pure fried Eggs, Bacon, sausage Links etc ) and a stack (of 4 or 2) GF pancakes.
Waitress was knowledgable on which Pancake toppings were gluten friendly - I stuck with old fashioned syrup.
This is a good branch of ihop - more confident here than other local Branches.
