I’ve been here twice now, once before I had to stop eating gluten and once after. There’s a note in their menu saying that certain rolls are available gluten free. I asked for a separate sushi check-box menu and labeled it gluten free. I was expecting just those rolls to be different, but they immediately brought out gluten free soy sauce and gluten free wasabi. I heard the sushi chefs call out gluten free when my orders were up, and they came of separate plates. I don’t have celiac and don’t know if they have designated gluten free equipment. But the food was amazing and they were so accommodating and friendly.
