Went for an early dinner around 4pm. The place was empty so we easily got a seat. Asked for gluten free and the chef opened the page to okonomiyaki. There was a two page section on the dried bean curd skin okonomiyaki so I opted for that since it seemed to be unique to Kyoto. It was stuffed with cabbage, egg, shrimp and ginger; a soy milk sauce was poured on top at the end. Even though there was a generous portion, it was light, and I didn’t feel stuffed after eating it. Would highly recommend coming here for gf okonomiyaki.
