The owners have celiac disease so they take it very seriously!! The menu changes every month but there is always options for gf. Their gluten free short pasta and gf bread is to die for. They use separate water and pans to boil their pasta. The servers are very knowledgeable!!! I was so bummed after diagnosis because I thought I'd never get good Italian food again. This place is a must when you are in Grand Junction!!!!
