Review of Il Ponte Vecchio

J'ai pu parler avec les chefs qui savaient très bien de quoi je leur parlais. Ils m'ont assuré qu'il n'y avait aucun problème pour que je mange dans leur restaurant et m'ont dit qu'ils avaient habituellement des pates sans gluten (ce qui n'était pas le cas à mon passage). Ils m'ont expliqué que les postes de cuisine étaient bien séparés et qu'ils porteraient une attention particulière à ma commande. J'ai très bien mangé et n'ai eu aucune réaction après.
