Review of Il Prosciuttaio

Lots a gluten free options and very involved owners. You eat outside and it is in the shade, thank goodness as it is boiling in Pisa this time of year! We had lasagna and margarita pizza to share and it was delicious. They do gluten free peroni which I miss in the UK. Everything was flavour-sum and fresh, you could tell they really cared about their gluten free clients! 100% worth a visit please go! Only pastries aren’t gluten free, seems to only be one kitchen 😔
