Love this place. Everything is gluten free and very tasty. Can be on the pricey side but worth it.
LOVED IT!
Hard to say more. Food was spectacular, and having everything gluten-free is so refreshing and takes a load off my mind. I went here twice in 2 days, once for breakfast where I had an avocado egg bagel with bacon (OUTSTANDING!) and once for lunch where I had a poke bowl with tuna (AGAIN, OUTSTANDING!). Really wish this chain was in the US, I would go here all the time.
Found this little gem from using this app. What a delightful find, had brunch here a couple of times during our stay in Toronto as well as using for takeaway. So comforting to find a dedicated gluten-free restaurant. Staff very friendly, place very clean and tidy. We actually got to eat outside on both occasions. Food was excellent 👌
I had the Superfood Benny because I cannot not have hollandaise sauce whenever I can. Eggs were served on a gf waffle that was sooo good! The whole brunch was great. Keep in mind they ONLY have gluten free bread and options. Paradise for me but less so for the 3 non celiac persons I was with. They did not enjoy their breakfast as much as I did.
I was so excited for a bagel but I got there just after 11 and they stopped serving them. Definitely disappointed in that but understood. The juices were great but I got the grass fed burger which was TINY and over cooked and the sweet potato wedges were massive so it was like eating sweet potatoes cook but not like a crispy fry. Bun was good and the toppings were flavorful so there’s that. Homemade ketchup was tasty too. Won’t be coming back though.
Also, I had heard amazing things about their cookies but the enclosed cookie case had several flys inside hopping around on all the cookies.
We were there for dinner. Nice place, good food. I had the chicken soup and a chocolate cookie. We will be back again. What I like about this place is that they've got something for everyone, no matter what your diet's like. Can't wait to go back
We had power bowls with added protein and they were definitely delicious. Really wanted to try the GF sourdough and we came for lunch so didn’t get to try the bagels. However we ordered some Avocado Toast and the bread was very good.
Got some goodies to go as well. Enjoyed the cookies and MCT bar. There’s lots of ready to go options in their fridge and some interesting infused water I tried.
I thought the food was of great quality and there’s lots of good options, especially for on the go. We might’ve went at a good time it wasn’t busy and our food was quick.
We had the chicken noodle soup, fried chicken sandwich and poke bowls. I thought there was plenty of food in each dish, my teen did not. Everything was very good.
This is an amazing spot! Everything is gluten free and they are very accommodating with other dietary restrictions. They have a great variety of selection on their menu and also have a nice selection of ready to go options. I had the breakfast bagel with smoked salmon and it was delicious! The staff was so friendly and very knowledgeable, great experience!
Celiac friendly but that’s as good as it gets. The endurance smoothie tasted like water (clearly no fresh fruit was in sight when it was made). The portion size of the Island Jerk Bowl was *abysmal* and actually laughable, a small ice cream scoop of rice surrounded by tiny bits of carrot that barely filled halfway up the bowl. They know how small it is because the dressing they give only fills up 1/3 of the tiny plastic container. Also, the salted caramel chocolate cookie tasted good but was barely cooked at all. This would be worth it if I cost maybe HALF the price? Jeeze.
It’s a dedicated gluten free restaurant, and many of the options are dairy free, vegan, paleo and vegetarian as well. I had the burger, oasis smoothie and banana bread. a All were gluten and dairy free and amazing. I brought gluten eaters with me and they couldn’t tell the difference compared to normal gluten foods. The service was amazing and lively and I would go back any day. Other recommended foods I have are the chocolate sea salt cookie, the lift smoothie, the Island Jerk bowl and avocado toast. Overall the experience was really good and I would easily go back.
We had the avocado on toast, good sized portions and very tasty. Staff were friendly and courteous. Everything on the menu was gluten free. Great spot, we returned for a second visit.
Amazing restaurant! Can’t recommend enough. This place is dedicated GF, so no worries while eating out. Pro tip: get their app to generate reward points and order ahead of time so it’s ready when you arrive. Lots of seating, but we always prefer takeout. My fav is the tuna poke bowl, but the jerk chicken wrap is a close second. We must protect this place at all costs!
I’ve been to a handful of healthy fast casual places that are mostly or all gf primarily due to targeting a paleo/crossfit-type of consumer rather than those with celiac or sensitivities. Most of these are a great option to have but don’t have great tasting food.
Impact is an exception. Yes, they’re aggressively paleo, even using a kettlebell as a door stop. But the food actually tastes good. Protein pudding is delicious. Lunch bowls taste very good in addition to being healthy. A paleo waffle not only tasted great but didn’t lead to the usual post-waffle malaise.
Great service. Felt completely safe.
Ate at Impact Kitchen (FYI you just read IMPACT in the window so don’t get lost :) )and I was soo pleased with my experience. ALL their menu is GF so you don’t have to worry about asking about cross contamination, they also have a Dairy Free and Vegan mention. You can make your own bowl with veggies, proteins and more or you can pick one from their selection. I took the Zesty Mexican and added chicken and chorizo. I also left with their classic chocolate cookie and a slice of their banana bread that I ate later in the day. I will sure be returning for their Saturday brunch and also will stop by to grab one of their quick ready to eat sandwich today. Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service. 10/10 for this place
Was in Toronto for a week for a work conference and Impact literally saved my life- knowing there was a 100% celiac safe spot to grab breakfast and lunch that was accessible so grateful for (: Ate a ton but my favs were the breakfast bagel, the whipped feta toast, their vegetable hummus wrap, and overnight oats. Fresh, delicious, safe… 3/3!
