Ate at Impact Kitchen (FYI you just read IMPACT in the window so don’t get lost :) )and I was soo pleased with my experience. ALL their menu is GF so you don’t have to worry about asking about cross contamination, they also have a Dairy Free and Vegan mention. You can make your own bowl with veggies, proteins and more or you can pick one from their selection. I took the Zesty Mexican and added chicken and chorizo. I also left with their classic chocolate cookie and a slice of their banana bread that I ate later in the day. I will sure be returning for their Saturday brunch and also will stop by to grab one of their quick ready to eat sandwich today. Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service. 10/10 for this place

Was in Toronto for a week for a work conference and Impact literally saved my life- knowing there was a 100% celiac safe spot to grab breakfast and lunch that was accessible so grateful for (: Ate a ton but my favs were the breakfast bagel, the whipped feta toast, their vegetable hummus wrap, and overnight oats. Fresh, delicious, safe… 3/3!

Great menu - ingredients seemed gluten free and I didn't have any problems (have Celiac's). Ate here twice in two days - bad service experience second time but maybe it was a fluke.

OMG first time I have had a good hot bagel in 10 years. Breakfast GF sourdough bagel. Loved it so much I went back for breakfast the next day. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about GF. Egg and avocado toast was excellent. Also ordered two of the smoothies to go, both were wonderful. Wish I had one if these where I live. Very clean restaurant.

AMAZING. If you are celiac this is the place to be! It is completely gluten free and delicious. It is so reassuring to eat here knowing there will never been cross contamination and you will never be sick. Your Toronto trip is safe when you eat here! I only wish they had these in all cities!

Very friendly staff, I love their bowls! I have to add that their sea salt chocolate cookie is superb! I also enjoy their sourdough gluten free bread. Makes me feel sad to eat there and I also often do takeout.

Delicious, made fresh, and everything is gluten-free! I had the beef burger: it was well-flavoured and it came with enormous potato wedges. The GF bun was pretty good too, but nothing special. My friend had the chicken burger and was also impressed. Also tried the salted chocolate cookie, which was nice and rich with a texture like brownies. I will come visit again next time I’m in the area!

Terrific waffle, raspberry bar (not too sweet!) & Chocolate Sea Salt Cookie. Lovely cafe downtown near Union Station. Tall ceilings, socially distanced, with an outdoor patio. I’ll return when I visit Toronto again.

I was super excited to find a dedicated gluten-free restaurant with so many options! Super friendly staff! I had the spicy chicken sandwich, it was well worth the 30 minute wait to have it prepared. Chocolate sea salt cookie was more like a decadent brownie. A bit disappointed in the raw chocolate chip cookie as it tasted too “healthy”, but not bad. Definitely would return if I’m in the area.

Who doesn’t love a dedicated gf spot? There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. This is a great spot for breakfast/brunch or lunch. The food was good and there were lots of options! Even a grab n go counter with chicken tenders and salads. Will definitely be back!

Everything at this restaurant is gluten free, many dairy free options as well. I ordered the Harvest bowl (delicious fresh ingredients) and almond protein brownie (dense but tasty) for supper. Cafeteria style order at the counter and your meal is brought to the table. Nice modern space with outdoor seating in season. Great location.

Holy smokies this place is completely GF and completely a-ma-zing! All allergies are easily accommodated though it is not peanut free but there are plenty of PF options. Tables are clean and staff are attentive and friendly. The hollandaise is out of this world but is only offered during brunch on the weekends! Totally worth the wait if you have the time. Baked items are all delicious and I have yet to try even a tenth of the menu! Will be back for sure…just take my money Impact Kitchen!!

Went there today for lunch. Being celiac I was so excited for this hidden gem. I ordered a bowl, a smoothie and a pudding.

I immediately felt tingling in my body, brain fog and very unwell. It totally ruined my day, I was so sick I ended up not doing my planned activities that afternoon.

My food was definitely contaminated, I would not recommend!

I've only ordered from Impact via a delivery service while in Toronto, and all three times I have done so have been fantastic. I've ordered the zesty mexican bowl for lunch, the superfood benny for breakfast and chocolate sea salt cookie for dessert. All items were fresh and delicious and left me full, but not in an uncomfortable way that you sometimes find with takeout options. The price is a little high for what you get, however, feeling confident the establishment is 100% gluten free keeps me coming back when I'm in town as I know I won't get sick while travelling. Would definitely recommend!

All gluten free restaurant, with amazing options. Healthy and delicious, can go there any time of day for breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon snack or dinner. Waffles, salads, burgers, toast, smoothies, cookies, they have it all and they use premium ingredients only.
