I am on an AIP diet. Potatoes are not AIP unless you have reintroduced. I find that a burger protein style, pickles only works for me. The staff no matter where you knows what you’re asking. Because they only make fries and only use fresh potatoes they slice themselves I don’t have an issue with them.
This place is celiac friendly is because Long as you tell them you have an allergy it safe to eat :)

This is one of the better in and outs in town. They’re really good about cross contamination and make sure they keep everything separated.

Order "protein style" to get it wrapped in lettuce
They treat you with the best respect and take additional care when you tell them that you need yours completely gluten-free the best part is the only thing that contains gluten
Always great. Tell them you have a gluten allergy and they take extra care.

#3 protein style! Awesome!
Let cashier know that you need gf/allergy items. There isn't a menu posted but items include the "Protein" burger (lettuce wrapped instead of bun) the "Flying Dutchman" (two slabs of beef with cheese) and of course the fries are untainted gf (cut fresh and fried without any added coatings). Gf burgers are cooked seperate from others so they do take a bit longer to prep but staff all were very knowledgeable. Awesome when out and need quick bite at very reasonable price.
5/24 It’s still busy, it’s still clean, and it’s still safe. This place is always busy, but it’s clean and it’s safe.

Tell them you are gluten free and they will note it in the order. Get burgers “protein style” for a lettuce wrap instead of buns. Fries are 100% safe! Never had any issues here, just don’t forget to tell them you have a gluten allergy so they take the necessary precautions for CC

I had heard it would be safe and I was not disappointed. Dedicated fryer for fries. Burger served protein style (lettuce wrapped) and on separate tray from rest of non GF order. Employee verified gluten allergy on fries and burger order. Symptom free and first fries in 4 months!

HUGE shout out to the staff at this establishment today. This was my first dine out experience at fast food since being diagnosed with lupus and celiacs. The young lady at the register quadruple checked my order and also verified with the manager and working staff about it coming through. Then once my order came up the manager stood at the counter until it was picked up telling everyone to keep my order seperate from my son and husbands (non gluten free) order. I felt so incredibly safe and can’t say enough how much that meant to me today. Thank you
