I eat here all the time and never get sick, nor sick of it. Just let em know to mark it as a gluten allergy and you’re good to go! The Shake Shack down the street is also good with this, and they actually have a great gf bun unlike in n out

Celiac friendly, knowledgeable staff, protocol in place to prevent cross contam. Wish they had gluten free buns but maybe in time. Just order protein style and say, "with a gluten allergy" to trigger their GF protocols!

I used to work at an In-n-Out. If you tell them you have a wheat allergy or celiac, they will clean the grills, change utensils and gloves, etc. the only thing that is fried in the fryers are potatoes, so they are gluten free!

Order "protein style" to get it wrapped in lettuce
Only certain locations can do gluten free. At the in and out in Valencia. Absolutely terrible! So much cross contamination DO NOT COME if you have a gluten allergy
No
It's true! In n out burger has dedicated fryers. Safe place to eat with Celiac. Just make sure to let them know it's an allergy and they take care of you. Another great location to eat.
My daughter had CD and has never been ill from the Protein Burger and Fries (dedicated fryer). We always talk to them about the gluten "allergy" and they will bag separately. We always get sauce and ketchup in packets due to CC risk.
Yes

I love this place. I eat here at least once a week, it's one of my safe spots. Always fresh food, and friendly service. You have to let them know to add gluten allergy on your meal. They have special buttons for that and dairy allergy. They'll take special care.

As I ordered they took everything seriously and I felt perfectly fine after eating here. The receipt marks your order as "Gluten Allergy" and the staff has the protocol down (changing gloves, etc.). I always order protein style and no sauce (because of cc) and then ask for the sauce in packets when I'm grabbing my order. Shakes and fries are gluten free and yummy too :) I would recommend ordering separately if with others eating burgers with bun. I ordered separate trays but this location mixed up the orders and put my fries with a friend's burger. I was anxious about cc but luckily didn't end up sick. Easily avoidable if you order separately.

The food is wonderful & I usually eat a protein hamburger with no seasoning or sauce and fries the same way. I let them know a gluten & dairy allergy. I have not been sick.
