I eat here all the time and never get sick, nor sick of it. Just let em know to mark it as a gluten allergy and you’re good to go! The Shake Shack down the street is also good with this, and they actually have a great gf bun unlike in n out

Celiac friendly, knowledgeable staff, protocol in place to prevent cross contam. Wish they had gluten free buns but maybe in time. Just order protein style and say, "with a gluten allergy" to trigger their GF protocols!

I used to work at an In-n-Out. If you tell them you have a wheat allergy or celiac, they will clean the grills, change utensils and gloves, etc. the only thing that is fried in the fryers are potatoes, so they are gluten free!

Only certain locations can do gluten free. At the in and out in Valencia. Absolutely terrible! So much cross contamination DO NOT COME if you have a gluten allergy

It's true! In n out burger has dedicated fryers. Safe place to eat with Celiac. Just make sure to let them know it's an allergy and they take care of you. Another great location to eat.

My daughter had CD and has never been ill from the Protein Burger and Fries (dedicated fryer). We always talk to them about the gluten "allergy" and they will bag separately. We always get sauce and ketchup in packets due to CC risk.

Super nice and understanding. If you get animal style the grilled onions aren’t guaranteed to be gf. But the rest is all prepared separately

We eat at this location every weekend. They are ALWAYS extra careful with my son’s Flying Dutchman. They cook it on a grill where no buns are toasted at all. The employees are so amazing and well versed in allergy protocols.

I got a protein style burger (wrapped in lettuce) and fries. I stupidly forgot to tell them about my gluten intolerance (jet lag) so my lettuce was touching the bun of my husband’s burger. !!! I took off the outer lettuce and ate it. No reaction but next time I will be way more careful.

The burger was good but very salty. The cost was very reasonable though - $35 for 4 cheeseburgers (2 of them double) and three orders of fries (two of them animal style - cheese, grilled onions, sauce). At 5 Guys in the Philadelphia area this would cost double.

All French fries are gluten free fried in sunflower oil. They label your “burger” as gluten allergy and it is served in a lettuce wrap!!!! Delicious meal!
