They were very careful even though they were busy. I had no reactions. The lettuce was very fresh, but made for a messy sandwich.

Get the Flying Dutchman ! Two pieces of meat sandwiched between two pieces of cheese it skips the bread station ALLL together ask for a packet of spread and contamination should not be present as long as you make a big deal about Allergic. Not life choice. I pile my fries on top and go to town.

In-N-Out is so wonderfully easy to eat at. The only thing in the whole restaurant with gluten is the buns. They do not have GF buns, but just order the burger "protein style" to get it wrapped in lettuce. Excellent food, always worth a stop on a trip. I have never gotten sick at any In-N-Out. They are very good about allergy prep.
