I’ve never had any problems here and I go a lot, I always say I have a gluten allergy and they put it on the ticket and make sure to be extra careful.
They’re always good with my allergies. Hamburger lettuce wrapped, fries, light lemonade.. order with a gluten allergy!
The protien-style burger was great. And had no issues with the french fries!

Been here twice and never had a reaction. I’m extremely reactive when it comes to cross contamination and I’m 2 for 2 for being okay! I get the cheese burger or the double double protein style with french fries and spread and all sits well with my body
Il n’y a pas de pain à burger sans gluten mais ils peuvent mettre de la salade à la place et frites sont sans gluten. Je recommande!
Order Protein Style for a GF Burger. Fries are made GF in a separate Fryer. Really happy to have had the In'n'out experience!
I am very cautious when dining out especially but I really love this In n Out! Most of the In n Outs are very cautious when preparing gf meals and the manager will even talk to you about how they limit cross contact. The fries are only fresh cut potatoes and the burger with a lettuce wrap is cooked in a separate area to the buns. I always tell them I have a gluten allergy and they mark it and prepare it with caution. They even put it in a separate bag! Some locations the kitchen can be very very small and I would usually only order the fries in this case, just to be extra careful.
Awesome place. GF friendly as well! Everything is gluten free other than the bun! Living in Canada we don’t have a fast food joint to eat from! In the US we do. Their fries is GF as well! Just make sure to tell the front person you have gluten allergies and they will take care of you!
The staff were great, especially as this is a fast food joint. Everything is GF except the buns. They do a paleo (gf) burger wrapped with lettuce not bread!!! Delicious. Has fed my 2 celiacs 6 times this past 10 days as they haven’t had fast food in 4 yrs!!

I’ve gotten animal fries here a bunch of times with no issues. When ordering tell them to mark it as a gluten allergy. They know to change gloves and not touch/cross contaminate with gluten.
I have not tried the burgers lettuce wrapped because there is a huge risk of cross contact/contamination for burger.
In-N-Out always has plenty of safe options for burgers and fries. I had a lettuce wrapped burger and animal style fries. They marked my order with a gluten allergy also.
Visited twice with no gluten reaction. They claim everything in the restaurant is gf except for the buns. They offer burgers protein style substituting lettuce for the bun. Self serve endless refill soft drinks. Fast food chain but better burgers than others. The fries are also gf.
This is the only restaurant I have eaten at regularly and not had any issues. Tell them you have a gluten allergy, they will prepare your burger in a separate spot and serve it in its own basket. Everything in the restaurant is gluten free except for the bun. So eat those fries, dip them in spread, enjoy that delicious burger even if it is in a lettuce wrap.
Very helpful staff. Great idea with this protein style burger. Using lettuce instead of bread. Recommended!
