I eat here once a week and have never been sick! Just let them know you have a gluten allergy and they will keep things separate and change gloves!

I watched them cook my gf burger on the same grill they were grilling the bread on. I told them about and they said they remake it. I was assured that the grill is cleaned and some with the spatula, gloves are changed so we’ll see. If you’re sensitive I’d say burgers are a huge risk but the fries and shakes should be gf.

If you say you have a gluten allergy, they have a special button for it and they’ll keep it separate. Didn’t know that for a while and suffered from the cross-contamination. TELL THEM YOU’RE GF!

Order "protein style" to get it wrapped in lettuce
They prepare your burger on a separate counter if you say you have a gluten allergy. :)
Fries are cooked in dedicated fryer.

Never been sick here. I order a burger protein style and cheese fries (I stopped ordering animal fries because I heard their sautéd onions and spread that isn’t is packets could be contaminated with gluten). All you need to do is tell the staff you have celiac or a gluten allergy and they will change their gloves and let the staff know.
Allergy aware, cheap and delicious food.

My super sensitive celiac husband has never gotten sick from cross-contamination here. If you have an allergy to anything (gluten, dairy, etc.), just let them know. They change their gloves, clean cooking surfaces, package separately, etc. They are the go-to place for fast reliable gluten-free food. I can't praise them enough for how well they take care of their customers!

Never got sick, ate here frequently even when I don't mention gluten-free. Worry free burgers (protein style), fries and milkshakes.
Yes
Protein style burgers (wrapped in lettuce), Flying Dutchman (two floating hamburger patties w/melted cheese in the middle), and fries are a staple! You can ask them to change their gloves when preparing your order.

5/24 It’s still busy, it’s still clean, and it’s still safe. This place is always busy, but it’s clean and it’s safe.

Tell them you are gluten free and they will note it in the order. Get burgers “protein style” for a lettuce wrap instead of buns. Fries are 100% safe! Never had any issues here, just don’t forget to tell them you have a gluten allergy so they take the necessary precautions for CC

I had heard it would be safe and I was not disappointed. Dedicated fryer for fries. Burger served protein style (lettuce wrapped) and on separate tray from rest of non GF order. Employee verified gluten allergy on fries and burger order. Symptom free and first fries in 4 months!

HUGE shout out to the staff at this establishment today. This was my first dine out experience at fast food since being diagnosed with lupus and celiacs. The young lady at the register quadruple checked my order and also verified with the manager and working staff about it coming through. Then once my order came up the manager stood at the counter until it was picked up telling everyone to keep my order seperate from my son and husbands (non gluten free) order. I felt so incredibly safe and can’t say enough how much that meant to me today. Thank you
